2. Data we process

• Emails you send us. Your name, address and message content, used to reply and to correct or improve entries.
• Server logs. Our hosting provider records IP address, browser type, requested page and time, for security and fault diagnosis.

The contact tool runs entirely in your browser. Text you type into it is not transmitted to us unless you choose to email it.

3. Legal bases

We rely on legitimate interests (operating and securing the site, responding to correspondence) under UK GDPR Article 6(1)(f).

4. Retention

Correspondence is kept for up to 24 months after the last exchange. Server logs are kept for up to 30 days.

5. Sharing

We do not sell personal data. Data is shared only with our hosting and email providers acting as processors, or where the law requires.

6. Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or objection, and data portability. You may complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
